Through unconventional marketing techniques, efficient logistical systems, and a team of global contractors, he propelled Froothie to $1m in year one and over $10m in year two, all bootstrapped.
 

Alexander Russman has an extensive business development and advisory background blockchain. Formerly, Director of Business Development at Hedera Hashgraph, Advisory Board Member at Eballr Games LTD ,Director of Business Development at Enjin, Head of Developer Partnerships, Enjin, Founder Xterat.

His expertise spans technologies such as metaverse, NFTs, DEFI, and he is instrumental in bringing major strategic partnerships to the Hedera Eco system.

Alex is VP and Head of the Metaverse Fund at the HBAR Foundation.

The Metaverse Fund drives ecosystem growth on the Hedera Hashgraph network through grants and investments into NFT infrastructure projects, as well as consumer applications across gaming, media & entertainment, and virtual economies.

He also spent several years in the Ethereum ecosystem and was Director of Business Development for Enjin, focused on blockchain gaming and NFT ecosystems.

Mr. Kovacs served as the Head of Investment Banking, Research, and Private Equity for North America for Fitch Learning (Fitch Ratings). Before that, he held private equity and investment banking roles in key positions with Hinduja Group, Blackstone Group, and Citigroup. Mr. Kovacs lectures at many of the leading investment banks, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, and government agencies, including the Securities & Exchange Commission, New York City Controller’s Office, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, JP Morgan, Barclays, Citigroup, RBC, RBS, Lazard, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. 
 

As a Geotechnical Engineer, Ivica's background lends itself to understanding complex mathematic concepts, including blockchain and cryptocurrency.
 

He founded an online business in 2005. In 2013, Ivica opened his first Bitcoin wallet on blockchain.com. He started investing in coins in 2015 and now has a YouTube channel with over 15,000 subscribers where he shares knowledge about cryptocurrency with Hungarians.
